## In scope

- Company profile, members, fleet, trips, and schedules
- Bookings by passenger phone, tickets, boarding, no-show
- Read-only payments, payouts, reports, and reviews
- Webhook endpoints, test pings, and delivery logs

## Out of scope

- Passenger OTP, chat, FCM, favorites, and price alerts
- Creating Ziina charges or acting as another company
- Account deletion and mobile-only passenger flows
